Mr. Simon graduated from Brooklyn College in 2005 and went on to attend Touro Law Center where he graduated in 2008. Jerry has extensive courtroom experience having successfully tried and taken verdicts on cases throughout New York. He has been written up in New York Magazine in 2011 as having successfully won one of the Top Verdicts in New York State. Jerry joined The Law Offices of Fine and Simon in 2010 and has since fought for and obtained millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for our clients.

Mr. Fine is an attorney with over twenty years of experience in the area of personal injury law. Lee completed his undergraduate studies at the State University of New York at Stony Brook and then went on to obtain a law degree from Hofstra University Law School. Lee has successfully tried hundreds of cases to verdict in every borough in the City of New York and in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyer Association and the Brooklyn Bar Association.

Mr. Chen is an attorney with over ten years of experience in administrative law and courts procedural process. He completed his undergraduate studies at the State University of New York at Stony Brook and then went on to obtain a law degree from Brooklyn Law School.
